What a beautiful little baby! Reborn baby passes for the real thing.

My husband & I frequent this little coastal town, complete with a lighthouse. I am an avid lover of anything nautical, especially lighthouses! With reborn baby in tow, off we went to see the sites, and have a bite to eat.
We stopped into this lovely restaurant, with a vintage feel to it. We were seated, and the waitress noticed "the oh so peaceful baby", just laying in the booth near me. She comments, how old is she? She is so beautiful, with that sweet little mouth and golden brown curls. I just let her marvel all she wanted to, then proceeded to mention, that it was a doll, and explained the reborn process to her.
My husband and I noticed how pale she was, steadying herself near our booth. I said, are you alright miss? She said, yes, but I must say, you have a way of creating the most realistic skin tones, that I've ever seen! I still can't believe that's a doll!
And so, we finished our meal, another person, a waiter this time, asked how our meal was, holding his large round tray to his side. It was a great meal sir. He looked at the reborn, near my side, saying, oh my! She's so cute! Look at all that hair, and not a peep out of her either!
By now, we were hysterically laughing, he, asking what was so funny. Of course you know the rest, "it's a reborn doll, not a baby. He almost dropped his tray, then asked if he could borrow her for a minute. He went to show his boss the baby, on his serving tray, and showed her to the other customers, on the tray as well, asking if they'd buy this precious baby! I always bring the reborns out & about when they're completed, to advertise my work, and pass out business cards, if requested. It is sheer joy for me, to see the awe in people's eyes, when they hold one of my creations, and the comfort it brings to some.
