Aug 28, 2009 Rating fake? by: Vivian Actually it does not really say they are called Fake babies here so don't be offended. What that reamark was about was if anyone wanted to discuss it and how we felt when that term was used. It was a topic for discussion in the forus. As you can see there was a question mark after it. They use that term in the UK evidently and see nothing is wrong with it. I don't like it..I woldn't like to hear the word used in any manner except for maybe jewelry if it's not real..lol. Anyway your little baby is very cute. Good job.

Aug 26, 2009 Rating fake babies comments by: Sherri Keller'Woo I take one of my reborns with me every where I go & sometimes people with come up & start talking to it. Often when I explain they are a reborn baby doll which is Art you can cuddle. They will often say "Oh, its a fake baby" & I will say No, its a real doll & it is like a painted portait, but with this art form it involks feelings becouse it can be held. I think we really have a hard time even when selling to people they will use this term. I just expain what I said above & really can't stop anybody from saying anything they want to say about them, but do try & get the message across by saying this when it happens.
