Precious baby
by: Jan

This baby is adorable...makes me want to pick her up and hold her. She really looks like a real life baby. This is the neatest art form and you have set the level high for the rest of us who love reborning. Great talent and great artist!!!

Gavyn

Tammy, I am so impressed with your work. It is so good to have found another person that enjoys reborning in Wilmington. Good luck on Gavyn!

Is she sick too.
by: Anonymous

I have never seen a baby that looked like this, either just coming from delivery or in mother's arms. She does look very different but not realistic. I know it took a lot of time to complete this look but I would not want this look.

Emmy
by: Tammy

Whew!!! I didn't realize that my doll would cause such a stir. I know she is a little different. I wanted to experiment with her. She is headed to her new mommy and I hope that she is happy with her. This was the first doll that did this way and I have found that people either love her, can appreciate her or just down right don't like her. I posted her for opinions and appreciate them all. The good or the bad.
So,thanks to you all!

Very mottled
by: Anonymous

Just to clarify, I do not mean anything bad by saying this baby is a little too mottled for my taste. I actually work in a newborn nursery and slight mottling is normal. I appologize if I stepped on anyones toes, I was just giving constructive opinions and that is actually what I want to hear back. The positives are great but I also like to hear any tasteful constructive critisism so I can learn and improve. I agree with your statement that so many dolls now are a little hair and cheek color only and I too love the new newborn look! Again, I appologize.

WHAT?? (another comment by rebornluver)
by: Rebornluver

I beileve this doll is beautiful... I think that everyone is taking away from the whole point of reborning. I think that now everyone is making what looks like porcelin but vinyl dolls. I think the true poin of reborning is to stick with the baby look. I see some babies that have no paint and just hair. It goes for almost $300. I don't understand why a doll as realistic as this one wouldn't sell. I beileve the artist of this doll had intended the ultra newborn baby. It is the most realistic I've seen by far.
