My baby is Baby Ansley. I'm not happy with the picture though. It's too red. She's not red like that. :-( She is baby mottled. Oh well, I'll get better with the photography. My daughter was here visiting recently and she posted one of her babies here but it never showed up. It was so cute too. I was wondering about those German felting forks. Please write me at: donna.ashworth@gmail.com and let me know what you think of them.

Thank so much Shelly! I'm just thrilled with this sculpt, and just love how she came out. She's definitely my favorite reborn so far. Can't wait to see how then next one of her comes out!
Cheers,
Jeni

To Donna
by: Jenifer

Thank you Donna...ooh, would that I could keep her myself...alas, she sold last week. That's the "bad" nedws LOL! The good news is that I was able to purchase two more kits of her. One for me (and just me), and another that a bidder who didn't win her requested. I use the 43 gage german forks for everything now, though it is very difficult to get the nice results, especially on very small babies with little in the way of eyelid space! Good luck on yours. Any pics available of your work here? I'm new and not sure how to search for a specific artist!

Cheers,
Jeni

TERRIFIC Job Jenifer
by: Donna

Oh Jenifer, your baby is PRECIOUS!!! Absolutely gorgeous. I love the way you hand rooted her eyelashes. Doing that myself from time to time I know what kind of effort you put forth to get the results you did. Those tiny felting needles are something else aren't they? lol For real, your baby is gorgeous. I believe I would have to keep that one for my own private collection if I were you.

Hi...The lashes are hand rooted on both upper & lower. You have to shrink the pix to post them here, but on the full size pix you can easily see the rooting, and if you send me your email address, I can send you full size pics...my email is ImitationsOfLife@q.com.

Thanks,
Jenifer

cutie
by: Sabriam

she is a cutie. :) Usually I can tell if eyelashes are fake or rooted, but with your I can't tell. If they are fake, do you mind me asking what brand/kind you used? If they are rooted, can I ask how in the world you were able to get the bottom ones rooted? I've never been able to do bottom lashes.

Great job on your little girl!
