Question about belly plates and bottoms for reborn dolls

I have noticed a lot of people use cloth bodies, and vinyl belly plates. I am VERY new to this, so please forgive what is going to be a silly question. If you use a cloth body, how do you get a realistic baby bottom on the reborn doll? Are they included with belly plates?
