Piper has light veining and capillaries, micro-rooted German light auburn blond mohair, a mix of the light auburn blond and light brown micro-rooted eyelashes, hand-painted eyebrows, full vinyl limbs, an anatomically correct tummy/chest plate, and a back/tushy plate.

She has been painted to resemble a newborn, lots of varying shades of skin tones and "newborn mottling" using Genesis Heatset Paints.
