Phthalo Green -The main use for reborn dolls?

by Lada
(Canada)

Hi Kim,

Just came up with couple of new questions:

1) Phthalo Green, what is it used for mainly?
2) Eyebrow pencil, can I use any pencil or is it a special kind?
3) Do colors stay the same after you bake them or do they get darker?

Thank you so much for your help...

Phthalo green is used as a wash to tone down red or pink vinyl in the reborn doll kits.

I wouldn't use an eyebrow pencil - try using watercolor pencils.

Colors tend to lighten slightly after baking, but again it depends on which type of paint you are using to reborn your dolls.

Hope that helps
Kim
