paint not staying on my reborn doll even when heated

Hello I am a reborn artist and am using genesis heat set paints but it is not sticking to the vinyl . I baked it 3 times at 265* for 10 min each time and still no luck. It is even worse on silicone vinyl. Help?

Doll Dreams vinyl, is that the same as Little Dreams Collection? I have a kit from them. I hope not. I've not had that problem so far. Must be quite frustrating. But, it sounds like you found a solution that works!

I am having the same problem with Doll Dreams vinyl and this is the second kit it has happened with.
Before I even started painting I put a layer of thinned down secrist shine remover, bake it, then I will add another coat. It worked on her limbs, the face I had to strip and I will redo it with this same method.
I will also seal it with that or the genesis matte varnish.
