Is a reborn doll suppose to be all stuffed with polyester?

Or should the reborn baby should be soft and weak like a new born? I am just wondering if a reborn doll should be all filled up with poly or just a few? How should the doll be weighted? And how would we know it's the right weight for a realistic-feeling baby?
