Internal color wash on reborn dolls?

Internal color wash on reborn dolls?

Should I do a purple wash inside the doll and should I start with a green wash before beginning the flesh colours?

I have the reborn twins Sam and Sera by Marissa May, they are in the pink tone, I am confused with which method to start. Do I colour the inside with a purple wash, and should I start the outside with a green wash?

I just did both on berenguer too orange vynil & looked very nice. I add a tiny tiny bit of blue to flesh & tiny tiny bit of burnt umber to tone down the pink? Would love to hear what others say though!
