I wish to make a reborn doll from my own baby picture. Help!!!

I have a picture of myself as a baby and wish to make a reborn doll of it. How do I go about this?

Do I purchase a reborn doll kit and do my best? I am not a artist.

Do I contact a manufacture/artist to sculpt the face (per the picture I have) and do the rest? If so, please provide names of manufactures/artists.

I have lots more questions, but wish to wait for a response before I continue.
