How do you put magnet in a reborn doll as I bought a doll and my daughter wants the dummy to go with it. thanks.

Glueing in Magnet

Basically do the same as the comments above, however, I glue the magnet to a thin piece of felt first, as it keeps the magnet from discolouring the inside of the doll's head over time, then I glue the felt to the doll's mouth area. I keep the magnet in place as it is drying, by placing the other magnet (that I will be using in for the dummy/pacifier)on the mouth area (again, I slip a little piece of cotton between the vinyl and the magnet. When it is dry (my glue takes 6 hours, but is very strong) glue the other magnet to the dummy and cover the magnet with a thin piece of coton, which is then glued on. I use rare earth magnets, as they are very strong. Remember to make sure you glue the proper side to the dummy, as magnets can attract or repel each other. I check it first before glueing.

yOu will need to remove head glue one end of magnet behind the lips, center it. The other end of the magnet goues in the tip of the pacifier. Test before you glue to be sure the right sides of manet meet up.

You have to un-attach the head, unseal it, glue the magnet behind the mouth, let it dry, reseal the head, let it dry, then re-attach the head.

Different people get their magnets from different places, but I get mine from bountifulbaby.com (I use the large round ones).
