how to remove a stain from my reborn baby doll

I had packed a reborn baby in a black cloth suitcase while moving. She was wrapped in a blanket but got tossed a round. She now has 3 faint blackish stains on an arm. I have tried zit cream but right now it's cold in Canada and have no access to sun warm enough. I also tried a dab of alcohol and even acetone on the stain which managed to remove the skin color but not the stain!
Any suggestions? If I repaint the skin color will it hide the stain? Am flabbergasted! Please help! Have tried to import picture without success. I can try again if you need to see the stains. Thanks

Oxy also works without natural sunlight

Only thing I know that removes pen or stains from vinyl is oxy 10, which is a spot / pimple cream.
Not sure is any other brand of pimple cream will do though.
What you do is smear it on the area thickly and leave near a sunlit window for three days then wash off, if there are still trace's of ink , then repeat the process.

But if there is no sunlight then near any light , as long as you put it near the brightest window, or a daylamp.
It may take longer without the natural sunlight, but natural daylight should be fine.

Get a cold cloth and wash the little or big stain off but NO HOT!!!!

You can also use a hair dryer to heat up the cream and make it work better. When it dries completely,wash it off and then re-apply if necessary. Debra

over the counter zit cream in Canada is not the right strength. It will work eventually but takes too long. It needs to be 10 % cream which is prescription strength up here. You can buy it on line, that is what I have done. It can be put on and set the part in a sunny window or the back window of your car(not in the heat of the summer though) leave it a couple of days, reapply as needed over and over . Genesis paint will not cover it as it is translucent.
