How to fix the painting on the face of my reborn doll.

A few years ago my grandmother bought me a doll from collectablestoday.com His name is Matthew and he has been used a little more than he should. he could use sort of a skin "wash" and new paint on his lips. Do you know how I could fix that or a place to send him. He really means a lot since my grandma has since passed away. Thanks!
