I bought the secrist bubble maker but have no clue how to use it.

I don't know why anyone would want them as when my kids were babies I stayed busy keeping all that stuff off of them. lol.
Okay...you take paper glaze called Aleene'sPaper glaze. When you have about 1/2 of a bottle, shake it up. I find that if I put it out quickly there are always bubbles. You then use a small blade or something close to that and carefully remove the bubble and place it in where you want it being careful and let it dry. I guess it might would dry where ever you put it. I'm not sure because I haven't done anything except pop them so that it stays smooth for my use.
