How do I create the little spit bubbles in the reborn dolls mouth?

Hello,
I would like to create the little spit bubbles for my reborn dolls but so far have not had too much success. Could you please tell me the best way to do it? I have the Aileen's Paper Glaze already.

i use tiny glass beads mixed in with air dry varnish and it works a treat and by far the easiest method too.

You stir up the Aleene's Paper Glaze a lot, either shaking the bottle or stirring it with a paintbrush. Then gently transfer the bubbles to the baby's mouth.

I read somewhere they are mixing some glass beads with the Ailene's paper glaze, but I have not tried it yet. I am interested to hear what others say too.
