If I want to remove paint from a reborn I always use acetone free nail varnish remover that does the trick. Then you can build up the area you have removed. Good luck.

this baby has long dark eyebrows ? ..or eyelashes.. sorry just making sure you are saying what you meant :) .. if it is long eyebrows meaning they are way across the forehead and touching the ears..I would suggest just removing that area with some acetone with a cu-tip then build up the color of the skin again and add your brows.. if they are long eyelashes ..just pull them out and root them again or hand apply some nice soft lashes what a baby normally has :) hope this helped
