Help with too much pink on reborn baby doll

The new reborn doll I just received has a very cute face but the artist has painted her too pink, what can I do to tone this down?

I was going to say to sponge on the earth mint color, but i don't know if it would work over matte varnish or not?? i thought you were in the middle of doing it. Oh, something else i would try and that is to take the litle reborn outside and she how she looks there in a naturel light. Have you tried that? If I were you, maybe contact the artist and she might take her back to fix the too pinkneww. Some will and some won't. This is just a tough one to answer. Hopefully some one else will speak up on this ??????

But I am truely sorry for your problem. My little granddaughter was 3 wk early and was SOOOOOO red. She was still red at 2 week old.
