baking a micro- rooted reborn doll head?

Hi there is it possible to bake a head with mohair on it that has been already glued with E6000? and also why when I root the hair do I find that the paint comes off around the neck?? hence why I have to rebake it.

Yes, it is perfectly safe to bake a reborn doll head with mohair already glued on the inside. As for why the paint comes off of the neck after rooting, my guess is that it was not baked long enough to start with and all the handling wore it off. Good luck with your reborn. :)
